  1. You should definitely try the “Scottish Shower”

    I’ve been doing this for almost a year now (although I’ve only seen it called Cold Water Therapy… I like Scottish Shower better).

    I started after reading http://impossiblehq.com/cold-shower-therapy by Joel Runyon.

    This actually became too easy so I wanted to take this a step further and took a page out of Tim Ferriss’ playbook: the ice bath.

    Twice a week a fill my tub with 3 bags of ice and cold water and hop in. My record is about 20 minutes.

    The cold water sucks at first but you will absolutely begin to love it. It wakes you up in the morning, helps you sleep at night, feels amazing on sore muscles, boosts your immune system plus it makes you a certified bad-ass.
